Tend the Flock Willingly and Eagerly

Feast of the Chair of Saint Peter, Apostle. Jesus very pointedly asks his disciples, "who do you SAY that I am." Do we ever say the name of Jesus? In one of St. Peter's first writings, he tells us to tend our flock--whoever it is in our lives that needs us--both willingly and eagerly.  Preached at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Las Vegas, NV, on 02-22-16.
